I must say, the frequency response is incredibly true to work with a variety of ensembles and was generally a pleasure to work with because of its compact size. I use this microphone in conjunction with a Kodak camera Play Touch HD Palm, and it has totally transformed the quality of live recordings. One of the best purchases I ever made. I recommend enough

Overall, I don't think you can get a better electronic crossover for less than twice what amazon charges for this. I am only using it to tune by auto subwoofers since my amps don't allow for enough control. I can't say if this is clean enough for the high-level channels of a hi-fi system, but it handles bass cleanly. I wanted variable frequency and amplitude low frequency boost combined with an adjustable 12db crossover. Add in stereo/mono switching, multiple source control, plus phase selection and you have an ideal recipe for tuning your subs. I disassembled the unit and am quite pleased with the circuit board quality. The unit's power draw is less than 2 amps, so I can run it off my remote power amp relay and don't need to run a separate power wire. However, there is much room for improvement in the build quality of the case and switches. I would like to see the next model feature a more rugged body, flush mounted dials (so they can't get broken by stuff in the trunk), and perhaps some flexible mounting options. Oh, and I wish this thing was about 1/3 smaller.

-Dials are not flush mounted (unprotected)
-Kinda flimsy shell

This has been a great addition for fine tuning my entire 3 amp system. The best part was to add much needed pre-amp line voltage; If nothing else, get it as a line driver. If your head unit only puts out 2-5 volts, this will greatly improve the efficiency of your amps and eliminate most of the low volume "whine" from the car's electrical system.

I love books, Anheuser-Busch, as they are the leaders of the cameras alone are not the only manual rearrangement of the seller, added with some pictures. I tend to update my camera faster every year or so, and I always buy the guide author to help me get up quickly to work with my new purchase. He, like others I bought, is understandable and complete. In the first three chapters explain how to configure your camera and select menu options (including the advice not only on what is each option, but why you might want to use it.) This section is only 134 pages and, because it is a book full size rather than a paperback book, has more information than you find in textbooks entirely new version of diversity. Every button, dial, and the menu is illustrated with large color illustrations. It really is a "road map" that allows you to start your T2i allows very fast.
Then the author devotes over 250 pages explaining how to optimize exposure, something about the properties of the camera autofocus, lens selection, and work with the flash and available - all applied directly to the T2i. Bush fails the "padding" you find in other guidebooks, and I'm grateful for that. Not included are sections on how a generic "sports" picture or "landscape" image, etc. Everything is getting connected to the T2i. The whole book focuses exclusively on photography and techniques, so you will not find padded with chapters on how to use the EOS Utility and Digital Photo Pro. Overall, Bush manages to fill this album with an incredible amount of useful information.
There are other books for T2i there, but if you want to understand the whole story in words, you can see, this is one you should buy.

I am a Canon fan. I have owned several of their pocket shooters and always recommend them to friends and family - and still do, just not this one.

I purchased this camera with high hopes. On paper, the specs look great.. In reality, it falls short.

-As with most point and shoots, the startup time to first image capture is slow. My SD1100 is faster.
-Too many blurry images. The camera was either to slow to auto-focus or just never even bothered. I've never had this problem before with Canon, so I don't understand why this better processor would do this.
-The touch screen is difficult to use. It is difficult to describe, but let's just say that it is nothing like the touch display on an iPhone.

Not as big of a deal, but if you are still considering this camera, I will point out:
-It is heavy. It is well made and sturdy with a big screen - this is bound to happen. The screen is nice though..
-The battery didn't hold up as long as I thought it would. This may be because I had an Eye-Fi card in it, I am not sure.

I would consider the Canon PowerShot SX230HS 12 MP Digital Camera with HS SYSTEM and DIGIC 4 Image Processor (Black) instead. Slightly better zoom and easier, non touch screen controls (and a little cheaper.)
